About Pia Rene

Pia Rene is a multifaceted artist, entrepreneur, and traveling tattooist located in St. Louis, Missouri. She is most commonly known for her surrealism paintings, tattoos and murals. Outside of creating visual art, Pia Rene models and acts. 

Pia Rene opened her Private Studio in Saint Louis, MO in Summer 2023.

 MURAL HISTORY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

During the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020,  Pia painted her first mural in the bathroom of her parents house. Inspired by Jimi Hendrix’s album Bold as Love, the mural features a woman blowing kisses with stars into the wind. Shortly after, Pia painted a skyline mural in the hallway of local news station, STL TV, and was interviewed and aired in October 2020.  Her third mural of the 2020 resides at streetwear store 39 Castles, of the iconic “Dream” mascot.  

Her most recent mural resides on display at Sophie’s Artist Lounge in Saint Louis, MO until spring 2023, titled “Your Love Can Make it Better”. The mural was commissioned by The Kranzberg Arts Foundation. The mural has been recognized by musical artist Erykah Badu at Saint Louis Music Festival: Music at the Intersection.

In November 2021, Pia Rene  appeared at Future's 38th birthday party in Atlanta, GA where a close friend of the musical artist, commissioned a painting as a gift for the artist.
